Worst customer service ever - AVOID AT ALL COSTS

My flight was cancelled at the start of April. I was immediately offered a refund, which I applied for and was told I would receive it in a few days.

It's now over three months later, and I have received nothing. You can't even speak to anybody on the customer service phone line anymore, and they were refusing to refund my hotel even when they were available.

I feel like I have been conned by a bunch of criminals - AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE!
