My flight was cancelled at the start of April. I was immediately offered a refund, which I applied for and was told I would receive it in a few days.
It's now over three months later, and I have received nothing. You can't even speak to anybody on the customer service phone line anymore, and they were refusing to refund my hotel even when they were available.
I feel like I have been conned by a bunch of criminals - AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE!

Five of us, including two children had flights to Thailand booked for July. Qatar cancelled because of Covid.
The last three months has shown Lastminute.com in a truly appalling light: obfuscation, changing email addresses, failing to send even a generic reply to letters.
We are owed about £3000. This is a form of theft and we are not a wealthy family. I'm phoning them today and if there is no result, we will contact the Guardian and also begin a legal process against Last minute. Com.

Flight refund 1 year later still waiting, they lie, they cheat and they steal my hard earned money!

One year waiting for a Covid RefundFlight was booked in February 2020 (!!) and cancelled by BA. More recently, we booked directly with BA, then had same issue and they refunded us in 48 hours. Last Minute is sending automated emails, saying that they have 1 year from the flight date to refund. And they blame BA. No way!!!

After 8 months of waiting for a refund these scammers sent an email to choose refund option. I clicked the link and it said voucher will be sent. I didn't choose this, I called and now they say it can't be changed so I won't get anything as I will never book with them again ??. Disgusting service

DO NOT BOOK VIA LASTMINUTE. Before the pandemic, I booked flights via lastminute for August 2020. When the pandemic hit I was no longer able to travel and had to cancel my flights. I was told I could be refunded for one leg of the journey as it was with British Airways (the other leg was with easyJet who don’t offer refunds). I applied for the refund and it is now May 2021 and I’m still waiting. I contacted BA directly and they won’t discuss it with me as I booked via a third party agent (lastminute). I’ve complained to lastminute and not received a response and have had to chase several times over the course of nine months. Will never use lastminute again.

They take your money, cancel the services and then ignore you. After 6 months they now propose me, out of 1255 euros flight cost, either a refund of 0euros or voucher of 150euros. MasterCard refunded me but last minute disputed it. They now have 8 days to proove that they are right, wondering how they will do. Incredible that court does not shut down this company. The CEO lives in Switzerland and enjoy all these euros coming at no cost to him

If I could give no stars I would!! W**kers!Booked flights last year which was obviously cancelled due to covid , been waiting for a refund. They emailed saying I could choose a refund or travel voucher , obviously chose refund but sent a travel credit instead! I've tried emailing but got shi* automated responses. Literally can't speak to anyone. Why would anyone want travel credit with this shi* company. I've tried so many email addresses explained I want my £600 paid back onto my card and as it was meant request for them to just keep sending the same auto message to book a holiday with my travel credit ! Day light robbery !

I am asking everyone that all of us have a responsibility to tell our friends and families that our consumer rights and generally our rights when we make any purchase should not be in question and someone should not wait for a refund over a year and pay excessive admin fees. So it's not just about avoiding this dreadful company but also about telling everyone you know about them to avoid it all cost. I personally am going to avoid every travel agents after covid and just pay a little bit more to airlines directly for a peace of mind. So it's your choice paying %5-10 more or being treated like ...

I ordered my tests before leaving France on last week! 8 days later they have still not arrived! I have emailed several times and had no response! This is disgusting! I paid well over 150 pounds for two compulsory tests that have not arrived! Simply ridiculous! I want my money back!

Ring the airlines first ask them was there a refund requested for you from lastminute if not ring lastminute (01 5268 645 customer service dublin) keep doing this at least 3 or 4 times a week it took 3 months of nonstop phone calls to finally get the refund processed( they told me twice before i wasn't entitled to a refund)once they send you an email that your refund is being processed you can find an email address in terms and conditions refund section(trustpilot doesn't allow posting email addresses) send an email to this address and request your refund off them...best of luck everyone don't give up and keep the pressure on them

Horrendous - Booked to go away and due to lockdown could not go. They just avoid paying with all kinds of excuses never again will i use them

My parents who are in the 70s purchased a flight ticket from the wrong city by accident (even though they entered the right city but in tiny letters it offered them a departure from another city). My dad needed to get surgery. When they tried to change it NOBODY was available. They tried calling customer service about 20 times, nobody would physically answer. They emailed customer service, they email Marcus Williamson who emailed back telling them to email the CEO (Fabio Cannavale)... they emailed Mr. Cannavale who NEVER took the time to reply or had anybody reply on his behalf. My parents ended up having to get a taxi to the city they purchased the ticket from and the same for the way back after my dad had his surgery and shouldn't be moving around. The customer service is much to be desired... you are better off purchasing your ticket straight from the company. Customer service in last minute is non existent. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

I'm waiting for a refund since July and I didn't get anything yet also no answers, they didn't say anything about my flight becarful.
